I’m Kristen, a cannabis cultivator, extractor, and holistic health educator in Humboldt County, CA. My work centers around RSO, regenerative cannabis cultivation, and helping people remember how to heal their own bodies. I didn’t come into this from theory. I also know what it's like to have a condition (or two) that doctors can't fix. I experienced, first hand, many times, what it’s like to be lost in and failed by the Western Medicine system. That experience forced me to look outside the system and to the plants and RSO in particular. I healed my body using this oil, and am on a mission to share what I've learned and help people find safe access to this incredible healing tool.

Through years of hands on cultivation, extraction, and working directly with people healing from serious illnesses, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the cannabis plant- and full spectrum cannabis oil and how it can be used as true medicine. Not just cannabinoids, but the entire plant profile including terpenes, waxes, lipids, and flavonoids that are often stripped out in commercial products.

I’ve also seen the very harsh reality of the cannabis industry first hand. The shortcuts, the misinformation, the low quality inputs, and the way products are made from leftover biomass and sold as medicine to people who are trying to heal. That is not how this plant is meant to be used.

For me, everything starts with how the plant is grown. The soil, the inputs, the environment, and even the energy surrounding the plant all translate into the medicine it produces. Cannabis grown regeneratively, organically, and with intention creates a completely different outcome than cannabis grown purely for profit. Plants are sentient beings, they absorb the energy they're grown in, and the energy of the people who grow them!

This work is more than technical. It is a relationship. I am deeply connected to plants, and that connection shapes how I grow, how I extract, and how I guide others to help them remember how to heal their own bodies. My goal is to help people understand that healing, from ANYTHING, is possible. Not by outsourcing it, but by reconnecting to plants, to the earth, and to our own innate ability to heal ourselves.
